This round table will be introduced by a presentation by Arnaud Serry of the White Paper on Port Research, coordinated by Arnaud Serry, Eric Foulquier, Gülgün Alpan and Antoine Frémont.

Then, the round table moderated by Antoine Frémont will bring together :

  • The Préfet Pascal Sanjuan, interministerial delegate for the development of the Seine Valley
  • Alain Schuhl, Director General for Science at the CNRS
  • Hubert Dejean de la Bâtie, Mayor of Saint-Adresse, VP of the Normandy Region and VP of Le Havre Seine-Métropole (in charge of innovation, energy transition and major equipment projects)
  • Cédric Virciglio, Director of Strategic Management at HAROPA
  • Julien Fernandez, Head of the Port Strategy and Development Office at the DGITM
